Handling launcher disconnection

For now a device is identified by the usb port it is plugged in (using busNumber and portNumber).

We found no way to identify a launcher in a stateless way.

The problem is how do we handle the configuration/positionning data persistence when

• a device is unplugged
• a device is plugged in an other
• an other device is plugged in
• the host machine is restarted
