SSDP Failed with NoSerialNumberException

Ssdp fail with NoSerialNumberException, but

Maybe, if u add in "DiscoveryListener->OnFailed" more information about discover item. Service Type, for example. With this patch we can ignore Failed on Service Types, which i don't needed.
