[HSPEXP+] Add GENER as a pollutant source #1

EXP+ should look for GENER as one of the sources in Schematic or Network then find a corresponding place in TARGETS block to see if that GENER timeseries being written out. If it is, then add it as a source or warn the users to add a corresponding WDM dataset.

The option for GENER Sources has now been added for the nutrient and water balance reports. The GENER option needs to be improved with additional cases that it can encounter in the MASS-LINK block.

The enhancement above accounts for the GENER sources that are in the SCHEMATIC Block.

GENER Sources in the NETWORK block are still not accounted separately and are lumped in the "Mass Balance/Additional Sources." They should also be accounted separately.

Now the GENER Sources in the NETWORK block are also added to the GENER Sources. It may need further testing, but the issue has been addressed.
