[HSPEXP+] Add more constituents for constituent balance reports #14

Indicator bacteria should be added as one of the constituents that should be included in the constituent balance report. Other constituents can be metals, heavy metals, pesticide etc.

DO and Heat have been added as constituent now.

Reports can be generated for any GENER Constituent now. Load allocation reports for GENER constituents is not implemented yet.
