any plan to implement PEST module? #111

This is not an issue but a question. Do you plan to translate PEST module (for pesticide simulation) in near future?

The PEST module is near the top of the list of features we'd like to implement, but we need to develop more partners and funding. Let us know if you are interested in contributing!

Yes I am interested in contribution. What is the protocol? Should I simply submit the PR in develop branch? What tests need to be run first for the PEST?

That would be awesome! A pull request against 'Develop' is perfect. You can kind of model your contribution after similar modules, such as PQUAL. I suggest you compare results from an HSPF model that uses PEST versus what you get with an enhanced HSP2. I'll do the same when I review the PR. I'll try to answer questions as they come up.
