@austinorr , thanks for contributing back to the repo. I'd like to have an offline conversation sometime about what prompted these changes -- I don't think I can see the whole picture looking at what you've done in the code.

@PaulDudaRESPEC This was a mis-click! I'm so sorry for the no-description PR here, especially with the extent of the changes! I needed to extract just the IWater and PWater sub-routines routines for a project at work and PR's on a fork automatically point upstream.

If you're open to it, I would love to have an conversation about opportunities for me to contribute back to this excellent project.
