Update: This is redundant to PR https://github.com/respec/HSPsquared/pull/88 which fixes the issue by continue when specific flags for RQUAL are missing or set to 1.

@rburghol, sorry to have PR #88 take so long to complete.

We should be releasing v0.10.1 soon, which opens up the door to cleaner PRs from your team.

Also for the future, when doing your development, please always base it off our develop branch.
