Remove/Replace Updater #2

Current implementation only works for AppImages or Setup but still sends notifications on the portable versions on every startup.
It should instead only show a notification once for portables and give better feedback for updating on the other versions.

Either gonna find a way to give better feedback or just remove it completely.

Removed for now maybe will find a better alternative in the future
