Scroll To Is Broken on Cite Page #1757

Click on the report displayed on the landing page and a URL like the following will be followed: https://staging-aiid.netlify.app/cite/421/#r2618

This does not scroll to the report, except when you do a refresh or new page load, in which case it scrolls.

I can't reproduce this. When I click on any of the reports in the landing page carousel, it scrolls to the report (Chrome and Firefox).

@clari182 can you reproduce this? If not, please feel free to close. :-)

(@smcgregor can always re-open!)

@kepae seems to have been fixed at some point. Tested on chrome, safari and firefox and it's working. Closing!

  2. Click on the cite page button for incident 545.
  3. It didn't scroll for me.

Not logged in. Chrome. Production.

I can reproduce this. There's a difference in this behavior between the landing/home page and discover page, which is worth looking into.
