Just creating this issue to double check if we need to change something in our Sendgrid account:

Note: SendGrid handles some requirements automatically, but we recommend double-checking these requirements to ensure your emails reach users’ inboxes:

All senders: set up SPF or DKIM email authentication for your domain and verify your configuration. Senders of 5,000+ daily emails across any email service: set up DMARC email authentication for your sending domain; this can be set to ‘none’. For more information, review How to Implement DMARC.

This is important. I'll look into what we need to do with the domain and make sure we're set up with SPF and DKIM, if we aren't already.
