Variants – Improve data model, just represented as reports without URL #2664

I think these are the variants. I have to look at the code and history here, but this data model could be improved greatly.

Each report is linked to by an incident. In this case, Incident 464: https://incidentdatabase.ai/cite/464

For that matter, this is also a spammy variant, and not the only one. I'm inclined to strike from the DB outright.
