OSHA's database of accidents may be of interest to us at a later date when examining incidents involving robotics.

This is a good potential target for maintaining a foreign key to an outside DB. They have:

text
An "inspection" number
employee details
company name
accident number
report number

I think we would likely produce a US department of labor taxonomy for some of the information, and put everything that can be associated with the current report contents of the AIID there as-is. Then we can write a scraper for a list of URLs to periodically migrate the data.
