Sent to only one subscriber list, when selected more than one. #70

Hi, we bought this plugin for our customer. But there is a terrible bug.

When I select for example 3 subscribers Lists with (2, 10 and 5 subscribers) and Lunch campaing. It shows in Pending and Active state 17 subcribers (sum of all lists) to sent and after while in Sent state it shows only 2 subscribers - in header (chart) and in Subscribers tabs I can see only subscribers from first List. I think, there is a bug - plugin sends email only to one (first) selected List of subscribers!

Sorry, it was my mistake, subscribers were imported from csv and I did not notice that all did not have confirmation to receive emails.
