Add VAT ID to invoices, translate models and add Polish translation #69

Hi,

Here's the PR I promised I'll do in https://github.com/responsiv/pay-plugin/issues/68

Taking the opportunity I've decided to add Polish translations, too. The strings in models were hardcoded so I've moved them to lang strings.
