Is it possible to change to plugin that a category tree works?

Like this:

Category 1
--Downcat 1
--Downcat 2
--Downcat 3
--Downcat 4
----Downcat 1
Category 2
--Downcat 1
--Downcat 2
----Downcat 1
----Downcat 2
