Clicking `Open Devtools` turns already-opened devtools white #1211

✍️ Description

I opened first device's devtools and then opened another device's one. I expected the devtools switching to another device but it turned white and I could do nothing. Only happens when devtools is docked.

🕵🏼‍♂️ Is this a regression?

Not sure, this is my very first time to try this app.

@takuyahara that might be the bug u would encounter when you try to use multiple screen layout in the developers tool
