Collection.fetch : url option is inconsistent in 0.9.2 and 1.0 ? #124

Please look at https://github.com/documentcloud/backbone/issues/2578 for upgrade the stack.

I Can't test for the moment because backbone-datagrid is broken by this upgrade.

"this.options" is no more available in a view by default.
