What is the purpose of this change? What does it change?

Setup multi-architecture docker containers in goreleaser. The configuration is unfortunately a lot of copy&paste with minimal modifications for which I couldn't find a way to reduce the duplication.

Was the change discussed in an issue or in the forum before?
