Relative namespaces not resolved #16

According to svgembed documentation namespaces can be used as with any other image type. This should include usage of relative namespaces.
But with relative namespaces behavior differs:
{{myfile.png}}is searched in the namespace of the current page, whereas{{myfile.svg}}is searched in the root namespace.{{..:myfile.png}}is searched in the parent namespace of the current page, whereas{{..:myfile.svg}}is searched in the root namespace.PR with an attempt to fix it follows.
