De-serialization returning no errors...

I have successfully used RestSharp on a number of tasks now and usually have no problems to de-serialize into a given object structure. This time around I am stuck - as the request de-serializes partly...The part that does not de-serialize returns null, but returns no error in the response.ErrorException/ErrorMessage. Typically, I used to get errors if something was not correct, but not this time around. I checked the response object and the JSON data is there as expected. I validated the JSON data using online validators : checks out..

Basically, I am trying to de-serialize into:

public class StoreFinderWrapper
{                     
    public List<HolidayPeriod> ActiveHolidayDays;     
    public List<Store> StoreResults;  // this also has another list inside

    public string Status { get; set; }
    public string ErrorMessage { get; set; }
    public string ErrorCode { get; set; }
}

Status : is deserialized correctly and is set 'SUCCESS'...!!!
ActiveHolidayDays and StoreResults are both null....despite the data existing for both

even if you do something as basic as List
