Switch FAQ to markdown format #240

The current FAQ file uses regular text format. I believe switching to markdown would have some advantages:

  1. Markdown headers can be easily linked. Like this: https://github.com/resurrecting-open-source-projects/scrot#help-this-project which takes you directly to a specific section.
  2. It renders nicely on github, but is still quite pleasant to read raw.
  3. Consistency: Our README and TODO is already in markdown. So makes sense to be consistent with the formatting for FAQ as well.
