Name clash with the `item` CSS class of the Ionic framework #63

There is a name clash between the .item class used by context-menu-plugin and the .item class used by ion-item of the Ionic Framework.

Would it be possible to rename the class definition of the context menu items from .item to something more specific like .rete-context-item?
