ignore HTML attributes #2

Is there an option to ignore converting quotes in html attributes? Right now anchor links etc. will be broken by this retext plugin.

Unfortunately, no. Additionally, it's not something I'll implement: retext's goal is to manipulate natural language (plain text), not work around markup languages (like markdown or HTML). Sorry!
