Where retext is heading with 1.0.0

It’s been a while. I took a slight detour into markdown with mdast, but always with the goal of returning to natural language sooner rather than later. In the coming months, I’ll return to working on retext (soon with support for reading markdown input).

Some of the changes I’d like to implement:

• [x] Remove DOM-like capabilities; remove TextOM dependency. NLCST is good enough by itself (fa046b3);
• [x] Add virtual files and warnings (fa046b3);
• [x] Add positional information to nodes (done in wooorm/parse-latin@66461f1c7b744737f4a7c4c03e96f2e1a27d54f7);
• [x] Bridge mdast to NLCST (wooorm/mdast-util-to-nlcst@9e05699e4c98dcdfcfaaef21006a9b5645412e06);
• [x] Rewrite all modules.
