Need jekyll build so I can enable this repo to be autodeployed for PRs.

I'll take care of this -- have to deploy a similar setup to rethinkdb/docs.

Any progress with this? It sure would help with adoption of Horizon in my environment. I'd be happy to help if you can provide the layout files that were used to generate the current documentation.
