Updates to Getting Started guide #88

Hopefully resolves some of the issues brought up in #49.

Added an actual working app at the end
I did discard a lot of the unneeded CRUD example functions since they aren't needed
- They could be re-added if we wanted to show how one would edit/delete already sent messages
Added some guides around hz init and hz serve

Sorry @chipotle, definitely pushed this more as a WIP last week and then came back yesterday and assumed it was finished. All the example code should be good to go now.
