Add server_info() command #14

This issue is a continuation of https://github.com/rethinkdb/rethinkdb/issues/5125

We should implement the not-implemented-but-documented https://rethinkdb.com/api/java/server/ command

I need some guidance from another driver maintainer on what I need to hook up. (@gabor-boros)
