Similar issue to last time - for LAM25 trikinetics monitors count data is stored as "Ct" rather than "CT"

Thanks again, @jaspwn one of the test fails (on R dev), but it looks like a glitch in travis' internet connection. Rerunning the tests on your patch to be sure.
