Command 'breakingnews' raised an exception: NotImplementedError: #202

Describe the bug

Not sure that this needs much describing. breakingnews command doesn't work.

Expected Behavior

breakingnews should not throw an exception and do something. (I've never used it so idk)

Steps To Reproduce

Run the conmand.

Anything Else

Didn't realize this was a dupe, i think i might just be blind.
