A Git based version of Magic Lantern, for those unwilling or unable to work using Mercurial. The vast majority of branches have been removed, with those thought to be important brought in individually and merged.
This PR enables CONFIG_CRASH_LOG for RP.160. This will replace original canon crash handler by ours which does write crash info to SD card and calls original canon crash handler after that.
