A Git based version of Magic Lantern, for those unwilling or unable to work using Mercurial. The vast majority of branches have been removed, with those thought to be important brought in individually and merged.
Added all known PTP codes to ptpcam tool located at contrib/ptpcam, so more PTP command IDs can be shown by name when executing ptpcam -o. Also did some tiny cosmetic adjustments.
Update: Also added some Microsoft properties, so all (but one unknown property 0xD303) are displayed by name on RP when executing ptpcam -p.
