Runtime tests for skb, skb-drop & skb-tracking #189

Sanity check and TCP RR tests for skb and sanity check for skb-drop are added in #226.

Skb tracking sanity check is added in #247.

247 is now merged, we can close this issue. This does not mean runtime tests can't be improved further.
