velocity output is all "missing" or "zeroes". For ux, uy, uz, lat, lon, etc.

Closest value should now work with b7dbd4c The next step is enhancing the querylayer/radialsetlookup to allow accessing a sector of the elevation scan. Basically implementing Lou's averaging or cressman.
