Can you do two things for me:
Collected Notes.js
translator? Zotero is reporting it's not installed but then also reports I'm overwriting it. The fact that it is being reported as not installed is the cause of the popup you're seeing.So...
I really can't move forward with this without your feedback.
Sorry, I'll do it shortly and let you know. On Fri, 1 Mar 2019 at 8:22 am, Emiliano Heyns notifications@github.com wrote:

Hi,
Sorry this took so long... I have followed the steps you requested:
Updated report-customizer
:
Permissions seem to be okay:
However still getting error:
Please let me know what else you need me to do.
Cheers, Atanas.
I'm also getting this error (report ID: VNDGGSCF-euc). I found that disabling the RTF/ODF Scan add-on (which hadn't been updated in a long time) fixed the problem.
@atanasj do you also have RTF/ODF scan installed?
@rikchilvers can you also restart with debug logging enabled and send me a BBT error report after you've seen the popup (you can click "restart later"). I've installed RTF/ODF scan 2.0.41 but I'm not seeing the problem. Older versions of RTF/ODF scan did have this issue.
(edit: oops sorry, you alrady posted a log, got it)
Right so @rikchilvers upgrading RTF/ODF scan from the current 2.0.35 you have to 2.0.41 should help.
You're right - I updated to the 2.0.41 and the problem is fixed. Hopefully this is helpful for @atanasj too!
Quick aside while I'm here – I'd also like to say thanks for creating and maintaining such an excellent add-on.
Thank you -- knowing it's useful for others is a major motivating factor.
I'm not entirely sure why RTF/ODF scan wasn't updated automatically. It looks to be set up right. I'll talk to the authors.
Hi all. Sorry for my tardy reply. I did indeed have the RTF/ODF scan add-on install, and the problem is resolved! Thanks @rikchilvers and @retorquere!!
Thanks for the confirmation! This problem will go away once this change is accepted in RTF/ODF scan -- I fixed the underlying problem in 2.0.35 but forgot the part where the plugin checks for updates -- https://github.com/Juris-M/zotero-odf-scan-plugin/pull/27 fixes that.
