Lower and Upper case file extensions #18

I have a folder with files as .PDF and .pdf, this plugin added only the lowercase extensions and totally ignored .PDF.

Install in Zotero by downloading test build 0.0.2.2, opening the Zotero "Tools" menu, selecting "Add-ons", open the gear menu in the top right, and select "Install Add-on From File...".
