Compatibilty with Zotero 7 - Plugin Not Working

Hi, Folder import plugin is probably one of the most important and useful plugins for Zotero. Many thanks for creating such a useful plugin.With the official release of Zotero 7 , this plugin is not working in Zotero 7 due to non availability of manifest.json which is now a requirement for Zotero 7 plugins : https://www.zotero.org/support/dev/zotero_7_for_developers

The transition process section in the above link mentions that plugin can work on both version 6 and 7 ( attached)

It will be great if this plugin can be made to work with Zotero 7 with the current functionality. It will help many people.

that's not the only thing that must change. this is an overlay plugin, so it won't work at all on Zotero 7, it will have to be rewritten to support 7. My backlog is pretty piled up, so I don't know when I will get to this.

Hi. I appreciate how busy you are. I'm running into the compatibility issue as well (of course: 7.0.7). I have a giant library of PDFs that I desperately need to organize in Zotero. So I have to add them first. From a folder. . .

You were backed up still, less than 2 mos. ago (good of you to say so), so I won't be surprised if that's still the case, but I have to stand up and be counted as an appreciative supplicant, or a junkie for your work. I wish I knew how to build something like this myself, or at least recruit somebody else to help you out. I'm barely literate however.
