PKG_CONFIG_PATH isnt working correctly #55

PKG_CONFIG_PATH isnt working correctly only default paths are checked

suspect this is effecting most compiler functions

retr0rangepi commented 4 years ago

it was an issue of 32/64bits mixed image. It seems to be corrected on latest beta
