Database data migration from the existing retreat system #2

Can we have the data to be extracted from the 2021 retreat system?

Response from Brother Wang:

There were two different ways of making the database.

  1. The on-site MDR database: This database format was used between 2014 and 2018 for on-site MDR. It has a lot of tables and more complicated JavaScript/PHP programs. Exporting the database is not feasible. As I mentioned to you, The database included everything, such as all CTM members that you should not have. The database should be built from the registration function.
  2. The online MDR database: This database format was used in 2020 for online Zoom meeting. This database and programs are much simpler. The database was built by people register MDR. There is no need to export database.

As I mentioned to you, we should build this online system first. If MDR 2022 turns out to be online, then you can use it. If MDR 2022 is on-site, then you and other members can modify it and do some work manually.

Brother Wang will provide a execl data dump and I can have a temp data for Brother Lieu to test the data importing.

Received data from Brother Wang and pass over to Brother Lieu.

We had the DB SQL export and loaded into the GoDaddy web hosting.
