Wifi issues on RockPro64 (RK3399) and v1.0.7 #28

First off - I'm super happy to find you back in action in this scene, @mrfixit2001 - I was a huge fan of your prior projects and was waiting patiently to dust off my Roshambo for this project.

I'm having an issue with Wifi not connecting - I believe I also had this with the other project and found a workaround, but I can't remember what it was and I'm having a problem finding it again on Google.

I can go into ES Settings and Network and see my SSIDs (and all of the other SSIDs around me), so the adapter appears to be working and supported. I put in my PSK (no special characters), but no matter what I do, wifi always shows as "Disconnected"

I've tried recycling "Connect wifi", resetting the network services, multiple reboots, and everything else I can think of, but it never actually connects.

(Update - the fan in my Roshambo was also dead so I scrapped the whole thing and ordered a RockBox R-Cade instead)
