[Bug] Menu audio re-enables when closing an emulator #3

Device: Rock64 (4GB version) OS: Linux RCADE 4.4.295 Install location: eMMC

Overview

In System Settings -> Audio Settings -> Enable Audio the On/Off toggle is reset to On after closing an emulator.
