Internal adapter for Mega STE #28

Added. a new PCB to fit directly on Mega STE internal ACSI connector. There is only one SD card slot and no RTC support (Mega STE has a built-in RTC anyway). This a KiCAD 6 project and Gerbers files are included as a ZIP.
