Figure out a way to set a custom search root #8

This is needed so unit tests can be run from a different root

This was resolved by removing some code in MKXP-Z that sets the working dir to the path of the exe. That made sense when running MKXP-Z as a standalone executable, but makes significantly less sense when running from a standalone ruby script
