Samsung Galaxy Note 3.

When trying to choose the file path, I can't go up from

storage/emulated/0/

Also can't move the app to the external SD (There was no such a problem with other apps)

I mean Preferences / IF Folder Path

Ditto, directory won't go back. I can't set my library to the extSdCard even though I rooted my phone. :P
