Nightly 117 (at least) is FUBAR - Missing "half" PRS+

PRS-650 / Nightly 117

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I've just made a new build from 117 (with just a tweaked langs.ods and a 
fixed Spanish assets.xml as additions to "standard").
2. The build is just wrong. It seems as if some part of PRS+ hasn't been 
"compiled".
3. I attach two screenshots. In one of them you can see how my Left menu item 
is empty. It should carry AuthorList but author list is not available anymore. 
The second one is from PRS+ Settings. It only has 8 items!!!
4. This reminds me of 322 issue 
(http://code.google.com/p/prs-plus/issues/detail?id=322). ASAP I'll do the 
user.config test

Thanks for reporting,
though I'm ATM at a mixed beta from default & Analogus, I have no problem with 
addon1 folder/files, but will have a look and try to sort it out (as the last 
changes to addons1 are from my pushes.  
(Just a remark: Analogus is using 5 addon-folders now)
