Links in webview broken #17

Serving a page currently works, but clicking a link breaks the app.

Unable to reproduce with simple case on master.

Ah, it looks like the problem is with https://github.com/retrohacker/peerweb/blob/master/index.js#L66-L70

It is failing to resolve to index.html in some cases.
