Create theme menu and settings #4

RetroHub allows for themes to have menu settings. This should be used to allow changing the current ES theme, as well as settings like transition style, view mode, etc...

Backend implemented in https://github.com/retrohub-org/retrohub/commit/e5730602e906b702e66ef78bbeebdf8af97c27ac, and very simple menu implemented in https://github.com/retrohub-org/es-theme-wrapper/commit/57c369054b750d92c3e114d5aed54ec7e3e4d078. However this menu is still too bare bones and causes errors on invalid paths; the theme itself needs to be changed to handle invalid/missing paths
