There is an internal Godot/GDScript bug that prevents themes from being reloaded like in v0.1. Since I don't have the time nor the experience needed to debug GDScript, this bug will have to be reported to Godot and handled by someone else.
So, for now, theme hot-reloading will be disabled, and users will be warned of this temporary setback.
