update from the packet events jar given in the libdisguise support discord (on the mythic mobs discord) to build 448 from Jenkins.
Restart server. See error on load. (also on repeat restarts)

You tried adding the packetevents api jar to your plugins update directory, you need to use the spigot jar instead
