[Feature Request] UI Upgrade #36

GamePass UI got modernized by modifying a color scheme, adding rounded edges, etc... Upgrade RetroPass UI accordingly:

Color scheme
Light and dark theme
Control styling
Settings page redesign
Data source wizard, automatic retropass.xml config file handling
Details view redesign, improved image navigation, improved video navigation
Focus reveal effect with rounded edges
Search page redesign
Thumbnail loading effect
