More instructions for Cloud Shell when checking Grafana, Prometheus, Zipkin
Moved custom telemetry/log out of exercise 8 to exercise 8a; It feels like custom telemetry may cloud the main goal which is to see Grafana, Prometheus. Exercise 8a will need to have more details on how to verify and/or customize the metrics.
